The fastest way to get support route is via our live chat in the Qured app. If you’re having trouble logging in or don’t have access to your app you can speak to our team using the phone number or email address on our contact page.
How do I add a new team member to the account?
You can add team members to your plan using your management portal. These details can be uploaded onto the system directly from a .csv file or added manually.
I need help with my employer portal; what can I do?
Your Portal Guide shared with you during implementation and onboarding contains helpful information explaining each of the portal’s features. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, reach out to your account manager who will be happy to help.
